2016 Wild-Ferment Pinot Noir

$30.00
Prince Edward County

Another example of winning wild fermentation, this Pinot Noir was aged in French oak barrels with no new oak for nine months.

Savvy Sommelier Tasting Notes: Don’t get fooled by the light colour here: this is a full-flavoured wine! Earthy, with notes of red licorice, sour cherry, and red cherries, it’s going to surprise you with it’s power and elegance. Medium acidity and medium tannins show off this brilliant Pinot Noir.

Suggested Food Pairing: Have this with grilled pork chops with a side of butter-sautéed onions and mushrooms.

Cellaring: Drink now or cellar up to 2 years.

If you would like to order this bottle of wine, call your friends at Savvy Company at 613-SAVVYCO (728-8926) or email us at cheers@savvycompany.ca. We’ll deliver with a smile!
