100% Prince Edward County Cabernet Franc, made in a style that’s quickly becoming popular in Ontario: a dry, flavourful rosé that packs a wallop!
Savvy Sommelier Tasting Notes: Pale salmon in colour, there are notes of strawberries and tobacco here, similar to the famous rosés of Tavel. It’s certainly dry, bringing medium acidity to balance the fruity flavours.
Suggested Food Pairing: Enjoy this rosé on its own or with a Salad Niçoise.
Cellaring: Drink now, and throughout the summer.
